Started out with bad customer service. I called on a Tuesday and was told they would deliver Friday or Saturday and they would call day before and let me know when to expect a delivery. Friday passed and so did Saturday no wood and no call. So I called them on Saturday and asked why I hadn't received the seasoned fire wood I had asked for. Oh I was just going to call they said so Sunday was scheduled to have a cord of seasoned fire wood delivered. They showed up on Sunday dumped the wood where I asked and we squared up. This is the worst quality of wood I ever could have imagined. It's green it's not well seasoned and several pieces are all caked with dirt. It produces the worst heat in my wood stove and doesn't burn worth a darn. I'm terribly disappointed.
